Caramel Brownies

A week ago or so I made caramel brownies from Mel's Kitchen Cafe.  Everything I've ever made from Mel's has been great and this recipe definitely wasn't a let down.  It's the perfect fall dessert.  Matt and I topped it with some ice cream and it was delicious!  Ok great, I'm craving it right now.  Hm... maybe I'll make it again tomorrow and THEN I'll start a diet haha.  Here's the link.  http://www.melskitchencafe.com/2011/06/caramel-brownies.html
