I was a little nervous about the whole sleeping situation up at the cabin because we had a grand total of 13 adults and 9 kids five and under staying there. I was especially nervous about the 7 adults and 6 kids that would sleeping in the loft (including us), but Matt's parents were super nice and let Thomas sleep in their bedroom closet in his pack-n-play. Other than the fact that Thomas wouldn't really nap and he was awake by about 6 every morning, things went pretty smooth.
We really had a blast all together. The land was beautiful and it was so fun to spend time outside. We played corn hole and shuffle board and all the kids got to ride horses, get wet and play in the horse trough (which was completely clean don't worry), and help fly kites. We also ate way too much delicious food, but I feel like that's how you know you've had a great trip :).
We also got to spend the Fourth of July at the cabin which is always my favorite. That morning we went into Ten Sleep and watched the parade. Matt and I always joke about how it's the best parade in the world because it's only thirty minutes long, they throw candy at you, and they hand out Fat Boy ice cream sandwiches at the end :). After the parade we had a fun, busy day and then in the evening the men put on a firework show which included a colored smoke bomb as part of the introduction (probably my favorite part haha).
Since it was almost Thomas' birthday, we also did a little celebration for him and his cousin Will. We made little cupcakes and Thomas downed two of them in about a minute. It was pretty cute and very messy.
All in all we had such a great time. Thomas loved the cabin. He loved all the space he had to crawl around in, he loved being outside, and he especially loved the stairs. I swear he must have gone up and down them at least forty times.
We loved spending time with family and Thomas had fun with his cousins and his grandparents. I'm grateful I married into such a great family. I love them all and can't wait to see them again.

Hanging out with the cousins in the horse trough. Matt was a pretty cool uncle that day.
Almost all of the grandkids in order from oldest to youngest. I'm a slacker and never took a picture of Jackson (hence the blank square). You'll have to trust me on this one... he's super cute.
